Privacy Policy

This policy explains what personal data Erarta FZE collects through erarta.ai and its subdomains, and through the tools we use to publish and measure posts on our own social media accounts, including LinkedIn. We collect the minimum we need, we keep it only as long as we need it, and we never sell it.

1. Who we are

erarta.ai is operated by Erarta FZE (trading as ERARTA AI), a free zone establishment registered in the United Arab Emirates, licence No. 4203733.01, Business Centre, Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone, Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. Erarta FZE is the controller of the personal data described here.

Some of our products have their own privacy policies, for example AIRI. For those products, the product policy applies.

2. Data we collect on the website

Newsletter

When you subscribe, we store your e-mail address, the page you subscribed from and the date. We use it only to send updates about ERARTA AI products. You can unsubscribe at any time by writing to evgeniy@erarta.ai.

Enquiry forms

Some pages (for example sveta.erarta.ai) have a contact form. What you enter there (name, contact details, type of request, message) and the page you came from is delivered to our team through a private Telegram bot so that we can reply to you.

Analytics

We use Google Analytics 4 to understand which pages are visited. Google Analytics uses cookies and similar identifiers and receives information about your device, browser, pages viewed and approximate location. You can block it with your browser settings or the Google Analytics opt-out add-on.

Technical logs

Our hosting and delivery providers record standard request data (IP address, browser, time and page requested) to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.

3. Our social media tools, including the LinkedIn API

We run internal tools that prepare, schedule and publish posts on social media accounts that belong to us: the profile of our founder Evgenii Dubskii and the ERARTA AI company page on LinkedIn, and our own accounts on Telegram, Instagram, Facebook, Threads, VK and TenChat. Each platform is connected through its official API with an authorisation we gave as the account owner or page administrator.

What we do through the LinkedIn API

• Publish and schedule posts on the ERARTA AI page and on our founder's profile.
• Reshare ERARTA AI page posts to our founder's profile.
• Read statistics of our own posts and page: impressions, reach, reactions, comments, reshares, clicks and follower counts.
• Read and reply to comments on our own posts.

What the LinkedIn data is used for

Only to publish our content and to measure how it performs, so that we can decide what and when to publish. Statistics are used in aggregate. When someone comments on our post, their public name and comment are visible to us as on LinkedIn itself and are used only to reply.

Limits we keep

• We access only accounts and pages we own or administer.
• We do not collect, scrape or build profiles of other LinkedIn members, and we do not use LinkedIn data for advertising, lead generation or any automated decision about a person.
• We do not sell, rent or transfer LinkedIn data to anyone, and we do not combine it with other data about individuals.
• Access tokens are kept in our password vault and on servers with access restricted to our team. The authorisation can be revoked at any time in LinkedIn settings (Settings → Data privacy → Permitted services).
• We follow the LinkedIn API Terms of Use and keep LinkedIn data no longer than they allow.

4. How and why we use data

• Consent: newsletter and analytics cookies. You can withdraw consent at any time.
• Steps you ask us to take: replying to an enquiry you sent.
• Legitimate interests: keeping the website secure, and measuring the performance of our own publications.
• Legal obligations: when the law requires us to keep or disclose information.

5. Service providers

We share data only with providers that process it on our behalf to run the services below. Some of them process data outside the United Arab Emirates (including the United States and the European Union) under their standard data processing terms.

We may also disclose data when required by law or to protect our rights.

6. How long we keep data

• Newsletter e-mail: until you unsubscribe.
• Enquiries: as long as needed to handle your request and our follow-up. Ask us at any time to delete them.
• Statistics of our own posts: as long as we use them to compare performance over time, and for LinkedIn data no longer than the LinkedIn API Terms of Use allow.
• Google Analytics data: according to the retention period set in Google Analytics.
• Technical logs: according to our hosting providers' standard retention, usually a few weeks.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live (including under the UAE Personal Data Protection Law and the EU/UK GDPR), you can ask us to access, correct, delete or export your personal data, restrict or object to its processing, and withdraw consent. Write to evgeniy@erarta.ai. If you are not satisfied with our answer, you can complain to your local data protection authority.

8. Security

Data is transmitted over HTTPS. Databases and servers are accessible only to our team, passwords and API keys are kept in an encrypted password vault, and each tool gets only the access it needs.

9. Children

erarta.ai is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under 16.

10. Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version; for significant changes we will also post a notice on this page.
